Here's a charming ceramic vintage elephant bank in great condition.  There is no chips, or cracks, but it does have some crazing to the glaze. 

The hallmark is difficult to decipher, so I'm unsure as to the maker, but it is made in Japan.  I took a closeup of the hallmark on the base of the piece which can be viewed in our series of photos. 

It measures approximately 7 inches by approximately 3 1/2 inches in width by 4 1/2 inches in height.   There's already a coin inside, however we have no idea of it's value, but you can hear it if you shake the bank.
